From 15 January the existing and new Individual Customers of Enea will be able to use the ENERGY+ Expert offer. Apart from a fixed price of energy, Customers will most of all obtain an access to an expert assistance in case of failures of household installations and a package of services and rebates. Enea provides the package of benefits, in cooperation with PZU Group.

ENERGY+ Expert offer is the first loyalty programme in Eena for individual Customers. People, who decide to conclude or extend their agreements in G tariff group, will receive within the programme lower prices of energy and a guarantee of permanence of prices and rates of energy for a period of 2 years maximally. The Customers will first of all be able to use the services of an expert, who - at no additional cost will help in case of failures of household and central heating installations.

Customers joining the programme will also gain an access to special offers:

  • services and products offered by programme partners at special price, in limited amount, with additional profit or under special terms (e.g. B category driving licence course at Akademia Auto Świat with 4 free hours (after passed examination), PZU Road Assistance Card and a one year licence for NaviExpert navigation);
  • concierge services (hotel booking, trip organisation) rendered by PZU Group;
  • rebate programme for the purchase of products and services from programme partners.

All the members of ENERGY+ Expert programme will receive a membership card. Information on the current range of services is available at www.enea.pl or under Hotline 22 505 16 88.
