Enauta starts drilling campaign of three wells in Atlanta

Rio de Janeiro, November 9th, 2022

Enauta Participações S.A. ("Enauta", "Company", B3:ENAT3), in line with the best corporate governance

practices and in continuity with the material fact disclosed on October 26th, informs its shareholders and the market in general that today the Company started the drilling of the new well 7-ATL-5H-RJS in the Atlanta Field.

As previously informed, the estimated investment for the new well is US$ 75 million (including the interconnection with the FPSO) and production will star in the first quarter of 2023.

In order to optimize investments using the contracts signed in February 2022, the Company will drill two additional wells that will be connected to Full Development System of the Atlanta Field, scheduled for mid-2024.

Located in the Santos Basin, the Atlanta Field is operated by Enauta Energia S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, which also owns 100% of this asset.
