Clarification on news published on the media

Rio de Janeiro, October 24th, 2022

Enauta Participações S.A. ("Company", "Enauta", B3:ENAT3) in compliance with the provisions of article 157, paragraph 4, of Law No. 6,404, of December 15, 1976, as amended ("Corporate Law") and the provisions of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission Resolution No. 44, of August 23, 2021 ("CVM Resolution 44"), regarding the article published on the Bnamericas website, on today's date, with the title "Brazilian Enauta eyeing debentures for offshore undertaking", informs its investors and the market in general that the Company requested the framework of the Development Project of the Definitive System of the Atlanta Field, for the development and continuation of the production of the Atlanta Field, in the Santos Basin, as a priority with the Ministry of Mines and Energy ("MME"), pursuant to MME Ordinance No. 252, of June 17, 2019, with a view to enabling an eventual public offering of primary distribution of debentures ("Issuance of Debentures").

It should be noted that, on this date, there is no formal decision by the Company regarding the effective execution of the Debenture Issuance, as well as its terms and conditions, which is subject, among other factors, to the conditions of the Brazilian and international capital markets, obtaining the necessary approvals, including the respective corporate approvals, among other factors beyond the control of the Company. If effective, the Debenture Issuance will be conducted in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations.

In line with previously disclosed information, the Company continues analyzing various opportunities and sources of financing in Brazilian Reais and foreign currencies to finance our Capex needs.

The Company will keep the market informed, in line with the best corporate governance practices and in accordance with the applicable regulations, regarding any developments or approval related to the Issuance of Debentures, and any communications to shareholders and the market related to the Issuance of Debentures will be disclosed through a notice to the market or material fact on the websites of the

CVM (www.cvm.gov.br), B3 (www.b3.com.br) and the Company (https://www.enauta.com.br/en/investors/).
