Embarr Downs, Inc. has completed the construction of its initial building for the aquaculture farm in Indiana. The company expects to begin installing insulation in the building in the next 2-3 weeks and expects the initial tanks will be installed and up and running in June. This building is intended to allow the company to test different tank and filter set-ups and to test raising different types of fish in a controlled environment.

Once the facility is up and running, the company is exploring installing a web camera to allow shareholders to view the tank. The company expects to begin construction on the 2nd phase building in the next 6-8 weeks. The 2nd phase consists of building an approximately 10,000 square foot building that will hold up to 250,000-gallon tanks and a processing and holding space.

This building will allow the Company to process up to £300,000 of fish per year.
