Emami Paper Mills Limited Announces the Resignation of Shyamalendu Chatterjee from the Position of Independent Director and Member of the Audit Committee of the Board

Emami Paper Mills Limited informed that Shri Shyamalendu Chatterjee has resigned from the position of Independent Director of the Company,with effect from 22nd October 2021 due to his advancing age and indifferent health. Consequently, Shri Shyamalendu Chatterjee shall also cease to be a Member of the Audit Committee of the Board with effect from 22nd October,2021.
