Business Summary

Elpitiya Plantations PLC is a Sri Lanka-based plantation company with over 8,800 hectares of cultivated land in the up, mid and low country regions of Sri Lanka. The Company's segments include tea, rubber, oil palm and others. The Company cultivates approximately 2,078 hectares of high, low and medium grown teas across all 13 estates. It cultivates rubber on approximately 775 hectares. It cultivates rubber and oil palm on approximately 775 hectares and 1589 hectares respectively. The Company's others segment includes interests in a diverse range of sectors, including renewable energy generation, commercial forestry, cinnamon cultivation, berry cultivation and value-added products. Its products include tea, rubber, oil palm, coconut, cinnamon, tropifruit, strawberry, blackberry, raspberry and bee honey. The Company's subsidiaries include Escape Parks Ceylon (Private) Limited, Water Villas (Private) Limited and EPP Hydro Power Company (Private) Limited.
