ELICA S.p.A.: ANNOUNCEMENT OF EXEMPTION FROM DISCLOSURE OBLIGATIONS CONCERNING EXTRAORDINARY OPERATIONS

Fabriano, January 16, 2013 - In accordance with Article 70, paragraph 8 and Article 71, paragraph 1- bis of the Consob Issuers' Regulation, Elica S.p.A., the parent company of a Group that is the leading manufacturer of kitchen range hoods, announces that it will avail of the exemption from the required publication of the disclosure documents for significant merger, spin-off, share capital increase through conferment of assets in kind, acquisitions and disposal operations.
