(Alliance News) - REVO Insurance Spa on Thursday reported that it has obtained an "EE (strong)" rating from Standard Ethics, an independent international agency that assesses the sustainability of companies. The positive rating was issued based on an analysis of the company's corporate structure, risk management system and sustainability governance, "factors that were found to be advanced for a newly established company as well as aligned with best practices and, more generally, appropriate for a listed company in the STAR segment," the company wrote in the released note.

"In particular, the assessment noted overall the Group's ability to integrate, now and in the future, ESG factors into its strategies, operations and

risk management process, with solid performance in terms of operational efficiency," the note states.

The distribution model is described as flexible and omnichannel, and it is highlighted that the 2022-2025 Business Plan contains clear and precise indications about the development and sustainability strategy the company intends to pursue.

The project activities that the company has set up in view of the future drafting of the sustainability report are also particularly appreciated. The outlook

thus appear positive and aligned with UN, OECD and EU requirements.

REVO closed Wednesday's session flat at EUR8.64 per share.
