The property investment segment is engaged in the management, operation and letting of properties. The others segment includes investment holdings, hotel operations and renewable energy activities. Its projects include Ekocheras, Ekotitiwangsa, Ekoavenue, Ekoquay, Ekoriver Centre, and Ekogatewa, among others.
