Return of Capital
The Board of Directors of EIH is pleased to announce that following the receipt of a distribution from EIF of US$1.8m the board has yesterday resolved to make a capital distribution of US$0.03 per share, equivalent to approximately US$1.95 million, to shareholders (the "Distribution").
It is intended that the Distribution will be paid on 8 June 2012 to shareholders recorded on the register at the close of business on 1 June 2012. The shares will be marked ex on 30 May 2012.
