Eiffage Aménagement has just won the tender launched by the Établissement Public Territorial Grand-Orly Seine Bièvre for the development concession for the Urban Development Zone Lallier - Gare des Trois Communes in L'Haÿ-les-Roses (94) on a 5 hectare site.
This future station district, located at the foot of a metro station on line 14 south, built as part of the Grand Paris Express, represents a major development axis for the city.
The project, led by Eiffage Aménagement, is part of a mixed-use urban renewal project that will revitalise and revitalise the eastern part of the town by developing 51,000 sq. m. of new housing and providing shops and services.
The district will be organised around a central square irrigated by generously planted public spaces.
The buildings will have a minimum energy performance level of E3C1 and NF Habitat HQE Very High Performance for the housing.
Congratulations to the teams for this project, for which work will begin in 2023 for the first deliveries at the end of 2025.
