(Alliance News) - EdiliziAcrobatica Spa reported Wednesday that it closed 2022 with a 17 percent year-on-year increase in contracts signed, worth EUR142 million compared to EUR121 million in the previous year.

In terms of internal growth, the group reached a total of 1,709 employees as of Dec. 31, 2022 compared to the 1,390 registered as of Dec. 31, 2021. Also of absolute importance is the franchising network Italy, which, in 2022, records 40 million contracts signed, confirming, despite the partial brake of the mechanism of transfers by the banking system regarding tax bonuses, the excellent result already achieved in 2021.

EdiliziAcrobatica France recorded a value of contracts signed in the 12 months of 2022 of EUR5 million and a growth of 25 percent compared to 2021, when it touched EUR4 million. Spain's EA Iberica, in its first year of operation, recorded EUR950,000 worth of contracts signed.

Finally, for Energy Acrobatica, EUR38 million worth of contracts were formalized in 2022.

Riccardo Iovino, CEO & Founder of EdiliziAcrobatica, commented, ""We are accustomed by now to double-digit performance but the 17% growth in contracts signed in the last 12 months is for the whole group a reason for great pride as it comes at a time of serious crisis in the sector which, net of state incentives, is suffering the difficulties caused by high energy prices and the difficulty of finding raw materials. Added to this is the situation of international instability, caused by the war in Ukraine, the influence of which has been felt in a decisive, and certainly not predictable, manner on the financial markets, which, however, once again have shown great confidence in EdiliziAcrobatica."

"The 2023 that awaits us therefore opens with the best premises that will lead us, over the coming months, to support the company's growth also through the opening to new markets outside Europe, proposing our business model and adapting it, from time to time to the territories that we have identified as the most receptive to our technology."
