The Company was notified on 24 September 2015 that Brooks Macdonald Asset Management (International) Limited ('BMAM'), through its nominee, Secure Nominees Limited, holds 5,167,100 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing 33.23% of the Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights attached. Of these, 288,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.85% of the issued share capital, are managed on a discretionary basis, on behalf of customers of BMAM.
