Hangzhou Eastcom Tonglian System Integration Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 40,000,000 on May 17, 2019. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Eastern Communications Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600776). Post the closing, the investor will maintain 100% stake in the company and the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 10,000,000 to CNY 50,000,000. The transaction has been approved at the 7th session of the 8th directorate meeting of the investor.
