Eastern Bank announced that Daniel J. Bolger has joined its Commercial Lending Division as Senior Vice President, Asset Based Lending. Dan has spent his entire career in banking focused on Asset Based Lending (ABL) transactions with increasing responsibility. Prior to joining Eastern, he spent five years at Citizens Bank, most recently as Senior Originator responsible for originating new ABL relationships ranging from $10 million sole bank transactions to multi-hundred million dollar syndicated facilities. Dan joins Eastern's ABL group following the 2018 arrival of Donald Lewis as Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Based Lending. Eastern's commercial banking team primarily services businesses throughout New England with between $10 million and $500 million in revenue by offering a range of financing and financial services options, including lines of credit, equipment loans, acquisition and business expansion financing, cash management, treasury services, and commercial insurance. Eastern offers asset based loan facilities to customers that include companies with high seasonal borrowing needs or asset intensive businesses that find asset based lending a preferable solution to typical commercial lending.
