ePRICE S.p.A. announced consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2018. For the quarter, the company reported total revenues of EUR 74,800,000 against EUR 90,698,000 a year ago. Adjusted LBITDA was EUR 5,680,000 against EUR 7,042,000 a year ago. LBITDA was EUR 3,947,000 against EUR 7,719,000 a year ago. LBIT was EUR 8,351,000 against EUR 10,713,000 a year ago. Loss before tax from continuing operations was EUR 9,041,000 against EUR 11,000,000 a year ago. Net loss was EUR 5,756,000 against EUR 10,318,000 a year ago.
For the six months, the company reported revenues of EUR 76,480,000 against EUR 93,636,000 a year ago. Operating loss was EUR 8,351,000 against EUR 10,713,000 a year ago. Loss before tax from continuing operations was EUR 9,040,000 against EUR 11,000,000 a year ago. Loss from continuing operations was EUR 9,040,000 against EUR 11,000,000 a year ago. Loss for the period was EUR 5,755,000 against EUR 10,318,000 a year ago. Net cash used in operating activities was EUR 14,641,000 against EUR 16,001,000 a year ago. Acquisition of tangible assets was EUR 135,000 against EUR 2,794,000 a year ago. Acquisition of intangible assets was EUR 2,100,000 against EUR 3,811,000 a year ago.
Fiscal year 2018 guidance was confirmed, with volumes accelerating in the second half of the year on revenues and GMV.
