Certain Common Stock of e-LogiT co.,ltd. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 25-JUN-2021. These Common Stock will be under lockup for 91 days starting from 26-MAR-2021 to 25-JUN-2021.

Hisayo Yukikawa, a shareholder and seller of the Company, Ryoichi Tsunoi, a shareholder, a lender and an officer of the Company, and a shareholder of the Company and an officer of the Company in connection with the offering and the sale of the underwriter through the purchase transaction. Shigeru Omori and Masaru Sugada, as well as our shareholders, Progress Co., Ltd., Kouki Logistics Co., Ltd. and Masahiro Shiraki, will be listed on the lead managing company 90 days after the listing date, without the prior written consent of the Lead Manager, agreed not to sale the company's shares.
e-LogiT Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of mail order logistics agency services. The Company provides three kinds of business. Logistics agency service takes care of products at the request of a mail-order business and performs a series of logistics operations on their behalf, such as product management, picking, distribution processing, packaging, delivery, and payment collection. The management agency service handles product photography, product data upload, order processing and inquiry response. Logistics consulting services provides seminars, education, and business improvement consulting services to companies that operate their own logistics businesses.
