E&E Recycling,Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 220.222 million compared to TWD 158.116 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 14.592 million compared to operating loss of TWD 224,000 a year ago. Net income was TWD 13.343 million compared to TWD 875,000 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.35 compared to TWD 0.02 a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.35 compared to TWD 0.02 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 408.498 million compared to TWD 319.394 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 26.753 million compared to TWD 3.539 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 22.221 million compared to TWD 5.107 million a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.58 compared to TWD 0.13 a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.58 compared to TWD 0.13 a year ago.

The Company is mainly engaged in the recycling of waste electrical and electronic items and waste information items, the sales of derivative products, as well as the output of whole cases.
