Individualized mass production is the key future issue on the Heimtextil exhibition from January 9-12, 2018 in Frankfurt. If, for example, you do not find the right pillows that match to the colour of your sofa, just select your desired design online and get it delivered within a few hours or days. This scenario will be enabled by production systems where design, print, cut an sew is fully integrated and done locally at one place. Only orderd goods are produced. This will also contribute to avoid pollution because there is no unnecessary stock to be scrapped later.　

Dürkopp Adler, Pfaff Industrial and KSL are technology leaders in automation and IoT technology partners for the textile industry. They develop projects for this new business model.
