Cepac Limited agreed to acquire plant in Rawcliffe Bridge from DS Smith Plc (LSE:SMDS) on January 7, 2013. Banking facilities were provided by Adam Barraclough and Steve McGawn of Lloyds TSB for the transaction. Ian Marwood, Claire Davis, Jonathan Steed, Neil Sengupta and Fletcher Adamowicz of Grant Thornton acted as accountants, Matt Ainsworth, Andrea Cropley, Dean Gormley and Emma Garth of Irwin Mitchell Solicitors acted as legal advisors to Cepac Limited. Neil Thompson and Tim Littler of Hill Dickinson acted as legal advisors to Lloyds TSB. Mlpsolicitor acted as legal advisor to Cepac Limited. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2013.
