Dr.Wu Skincare Co., Ltd. (GTSM:6523) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 800,000 shares, representing 1.75% of its issued and outstanding share capital, for a total consideration of TWD 104 million. The shares will be repurchased within the price range of TWD 75 per share to TWD 130 per share. The purpose of the program is maintain company's credit and protection of the interest of shareholders. The program will expire on March 10, 2018.
