Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited announced in furtherance to its letter dated February 14, 2023 the company announced that the board of directors vide their resolution dated March 21, 2023 have: noted the resignation of Mr. Rajat Kalra as company secretary & compliance officer of the company. His last working day will be March 31, 2023 (Closing of business hours); Approved the appointment of Mr. Vinay Gujral as compliance officer of the company with effect from April 01, 2023. Mr. Vinay Gujral is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Law Graduate and holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce.
Mr. Gujral has around 13 years of post-qualification experience in the domain of corporate governance, board process, statutory compliance, corporate restructuring and legal affairs. Mr. Gujral is associated with the Company since December 2019.
