The Phoenix Lithium Project is located in Canada’s Northwest Territories, approximately 70km southeast of the Diavik Diamond Mine. The Phoenix Lithium Project hosts the Big Bird and Curlew lithium-rich pegmatites. The Torp Lake Lithium Project covers 1,003 ha and is located only 35km from tidewater in the North Slave region of Nunavut. The Torp Lake Lithium Project hosts the McAvoy lithium-rich pegmatite. The Soo East Copper Project is situated northeast of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and, at its formation, comprises a total of 316 mining claims across two sub-project areas covering approximately 6,948 ha.
