Digital Garage, Inc. (JASDAQ:4819) announced a private placement of 16,500 common shares at a price of ¥159,004 per share for gross proceeds of ¥2,623,566,000 on December 21, 2012. The transaction will see participation from new investor Dentsu Inc through third party allocation. The investor will gain 7% stake in the company. The date of investment is January 11, 2013. The company will raise net proceeds of ¥2,610,566,000, after deducting expenses of ¥13,000,000. The expenses relates to registration-related fees, stock exchange transaction commission fees, attorney fees etc.
