On January 11, 2023, DiamondRock Hospitality Company (the "Company") issued a slide presentation and a press release intended to provide an update on Company operations, which are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K ("Current Report") and incorporated by reference herein.
