Dhanuka Agritech Limited announced that First Term of Mr. Om Prakash Khetan, Non-executive Independent Director is expiring with effect from 19 May, 2019. He has submitted his unwillingness to continue for Second Term and has submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company due to health reason. His resignation shall be effective from 20 May, 2019. Simultaneously, he will not be a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors. The company also announced that First Term of Ms. Asha Mundra, Non-executive Independent Director is expiring with effect from 19 May, 2019. She has submitted her unwillingness to continue for second Term and has submitted her resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company due to pre-occupation with other assignments and due to same she is not able to devote time to the affairs of the Company. Her resignation shall be effective from 20 May, 2019. Simultaneously, she will not be a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors.
