The Company is engaged in auctioning all types of real estate on behalf of private, commercial and public owners in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial/Auctioneers Ordinance. The Company's client are commercial and private owners, as well as the public sector. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries are: Saechsische Grundstuecksauktionen AG, Norddeutsche Grundstuecksauktionen AG, Westdeutsche Grundstuecksauktionen AG, Plettner & Brecht Immobilien GmbH and Deutsche Internet Immobilien Auktionen GmbH. In addition to the auction business, Plettner & Brecht Immobilien GmbH is also active in the brokerage business. All companies in the DGA Group only sell properties at their auctions that are sold voluntarily by the owners.
