DBM Global Inc. reported unaudited earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2018. For the quarter, the company reported net income of $7.4 million compared to $4.2 million for the year-ago quarter. Adjusted EBITDA was $15.5 million compared to $11.1 million for the year-ago quarter.
For the six month, the company reported net income of $10.9 million compared to $7.4 million for the 2017 comparable period. Adjusted EBITDA was $25.5 million compared to $19.7 million in the 2017 comparable period. Both the second quarter and year-to-date improvements were primarily driven by the continued ramp up of several large scale commercial projects including the new Los Angeles Rams /Chargers stadium and Loma Linda Hospital.
For the year 2018, the company expects adjusted EBITDA of $60 million and $65 million.
