(Alliance News) - Campari NV announced Monday that it purchased 570,239 of its own ordinary shares between Jan. 23 and Jan. 27.
The shares were taken over at an average price per share of EUR9.6582, for a total consideration of EUR5.5 million.
Campari's stock closed Monday up 0.1 percent at EUR9.66 per share.
