Dassault Systèmes has announced that it is adjusting its full-year forecasts, and is now targeting total sales growth of between 6 and 8% (compared with 8-10% previously), as well as an increase in EPS of between 8 and 11% (instead of 10-12%).

"As we wish to continue our track record of results in line with our plans, we have decided to reduce the risk of the year 2024, whose activity is concentrated at the end of the financial year", explains Rouven Bergmann, the software publisher's CFO.

On a preliminary basis for the second quarter, he estimates EPS at 0.30 euro, in line with the target of 0.30-0.31 euro, but total sales at 1.495 billion euros, against a target of 1.525-1.555 billion, a shortfall mainly due to the postponement of major contracts.
