Cyclone Power Technologies has reached an agreement with IBES FZ-LLC to manufacture clean tech engines. The device can power vehicles ranging from cars to locomotives and serve other purposes including biomass power generation. IBES FZ-LLC has issued the first purchase order for 5 production engines for immediate delivery to Dubai where final assembly takes place.
