Enrico Peruzzi leaves the board of directors of CY4Gate.

(Alliance News) - CY4Gate Spa has announced that it has received the resignation -- effective immediately -- of Enrico Peruzzi, who is leaving due to unforeseen work commitments.

The company has appointed Alessandro Chimenton as a new nonindependent, nonexecutive member of the board of directors.

CY4Gate's stock is down 0.7 percent at EUR8.20 per share.
