FULL REDEMPTION OF SERIES NO. 002 S$100,000,000 4.00 PER CENT NOTES DUE 2017

CWT Limited (the 'Company') wishes to announce that it had redeemed in full its Series No. 002 S$100,000,000 4.00 per cent notes due 13 March 2017 (ISIN Code: SG6PB1000000) together with the accrued interest today.

The above redemption is not expected to have a material impact on the earnings per share and net tangible assets of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2017.
