Credicorp Capital Peru SAA is a Peru-based company primarily engaged in the securities brokerage. The Company's activities are divided into four operating segments: Capital markets, Corporate finance and asset management, Mutual funds, as well as Securitization. The Capital markets segment provides brokerage and investment advisory services. The Corporate finance and asset management division offers medium- and long-term commercial loans, financial leasing, consultancy within fixed income and equity instruments, asset management, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions advisory. The Mutual funds area is responsible for the management of investment funds. The Securitization segment provides services related to asset securitization process, such as transfer of assets to a securitization investment trust. The Company is a subsidiary of Grupo Credito SA.
