Corline Biomedical AB (OM:CLBIO) announced that it has issued 3,300,000 shares at issue price of SEK 10.75 per share for gross proceeds of SEK 35,475,000 on March 30, 2021. The transaction included participation from Swedish institutional investors including new investor, M2 Asset Management AB (publ) and returning investor, HealthInvest Partners AB.
