Container Corporation of India Ltd. ("CONCOR") invites e-tender in Single Packet for Operation & Maintenance of MMLP Jalna in Maharashtra on Fixed Lease Rent plus Revenue Share model for nine (09) years.

MMLP Jalna is spread across area of 63 acres includes the Gate complex, Closed Warehouse, Rail Siding, Approach Road, Open Steel Yard, Truckers Parking, Admin Building cum Customs Office, Open Container Yard, Public Toilets, etc. These facilities are to be Operationalized and Maintained through Fixed Lease Rent plus Revenue Share model.

2. CONCOR may at its discretion extend the deadline for submission of proposal. Conditional offers will be summarily rejected.

5. To participate in this e-Tender, it is mandatory for the interested parties to have user ID & password issued by M/s CEL. This user ID and password can be obtained by submitting an annual registration charge of Rs.1200/- + GST as applicable, to M/s

CEL through e-payment. Bidders have to pay the Tender Processing Fee to CEL through e-payment at the time of submission of bid.
