Commvault Systems, Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced total revenue was USD 187.992 million compared to USD 176.351 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 2.668 million compared to operating loss of USD 479,000 a year ago. Net income was USD 1.673 million compared to net loss of USD 650,000 a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.04 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.01 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.03 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.01 a year ago. For the nine months, total revenue was USD 532.131 million compared to USD 506.136 million a year ago. Operating loss was USD 32.601 million compared to USD 15.322 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 37.215 million compared to USD 14.580 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.8 compared to USD 0.32 a year ago.
