Com2uS Corporation (KOSDAQ:A078340) agreed to acquire the remaining 43% stake in Allm Co., Ltd for KRW 16.5 million on April 9, 2024. Com2uS Corporation will issue 415 shares at a merger ratio of 0.0001296 share per Allm share. The merger agreement is expected to be signed on April 11, 2024, and the transaction is expected to closed on July 1, 2024. As of June 13, 2024, the transaction is expected to close on July 9, 2024. Also Com2uS Corporation will issue 414 shares.
