On May 20, 2024, E. Thomas Allen, Jr. notified Columbia Financial, Inc. that he will retire as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Columbia Financial, Inc., Columbia Bank MHC and Columbia Bank effective as of January 31, 2025. A successor for Mr. Allen has not yet been appointed.
