Decided to revise prices of large PET bottle products, etc.
Effective from April 2019 shipment
Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & President: Tamio Yoshimatsu; hereinafter CCBJI), which operates in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and 35 other prefectures, announces that we will revise the prices of some products effective from April shipment.
In addition to the recent increase in the logistics expenses, the raw material prices are also continuing to rise. CCBJI has been making efforts to streamline production and operation, and to reduce expenses aiming to absorb such cost increases. However, as it's turned out that it is extremely difficult to continue to absorb such increases, we have decided to revise the prices of some products.
The revision of wholesale prices and suggested retail prices will be effective from April 1, 2019 shipment. We would appreciate your understanding on this matter.
CCBJI will continue to implement countermeasures for absorbing cost rises, as well as make efforts to improve our services to be able to deliver high quality products to our customers. Your continued understanding would be greatly appreciated.
