CNH Industrial N : New Holland continues to develop its distribution network and announces a new dealership in the North East

New Holland, as part of its network development strategy, announces the merger of two major dealerships with the priority of providing the best service to its customers.
Since June 3rd, two of the best dealers in the New Holland network - Maquinaria Agrícola Solsona and Agrotec Motor Tárrega - have joined forces to create a company that will generate new synergies and provide excellent service to customers in the area. Thanks to the extensive experience, the high degree of specialisation and a team of proven competence, this new venture will ensure a more professional treatment, without losing the proximity to farmers, stockbreeders and service companies in the area.

The new company, called Agrotec Solsona, will have commercial and service responsibility for the entire range of Agrotec products and service of the entire New Holland range in the province of Lleida (tractors, implements and complete harvesting), as well as combine harvesters and balers in the province of Huesca.

For Francesco Zazzetta, New Holland's Business Director for the Iberian Peninsula, "the new company makes us stronger than ever in the area and builds on the vast experience of two major dealers to create an entity that is even more solvent, capable and with the necessary resources to pursue excellence in all areas of the business.

Agrotec Motor Tàrrega

Agrotec Motor Tàrrega was born in October 2020 as official New Holland distributor in the province of Lleida and part of Huesca, with the aim of building a great team and offer a service specialised in agricultural machinery and oriented towards excellence.
Agrotec Motor Tàrrega is part of the Motor Tàrrega group, a reference for more than 50 years in the industrial vehicle sector in Catalonia. At present, Motor Tàrrega is made up of around 300 people grouped in 6 companies loyal to the principles of offering a quality, fast and efficient service.

According to its general manager Xavi Esteve: 'Agrotec Solsona was born from the perspective to provide more value to our clients, in many cases coincidentally, which will allow us to be more efficient. It is a project that allows us to improve from the very beginning, but it also means creating the bases to be able to grow in the near future".

Maquinaria Agrícola Solsona

Maquinaria Agrícola Solsona began its commercial activities representing the New Holland brand in 1982.
It offers a close and professional service in its two branches in Sanaüja and Fondarella from where it provides service to the whole area of Lleida and Huesca.
Thanks to its great technical team, made up of people with extensive experience in the sector and especially in harvesting sector, Maquinaria Agrícola Solsona, together with New Holland, are considered to be the perfect tandem for farmers and stockbreeders to be able to successfully face each campaign.
