CNFC Overseas Fisheries Co.,Ltd (SZSE:000798) entered into a equity transfer agreement to acquire 51.19% stake in China National Agricultural Development Group Zhoushan Overseas Fisheries Co., Ltd. from CNFC Zhoushan Marine Fisheries Corp. for approximately CNY 270 million on May 22, 2023. China National Agricultural Development Group Zhoushan Overseas Fisheries Co., Ltd Reported Total assets worth CNY 1.25 billion, Total Revenue of CNY 586.8 million and Total common equity of CNY 458.5 million in December 31, 2022. Transaction has already been approved by internal authorities of the sellers and has been approved by CNFC Overseas Fisheries's board of directors and shareholders.
