Management Restructure

The Board of Directors of Cleveland Mining Company Ltd. (ASX: CDG) wishes to announce that Chief
Executive Officer Mr. Peter Fisher will be leaving the Company.
In time, the Board will consider replacing the position with a Brazil-based person.
As part of the restructure, Managing Director Mr. David Mendelawitz will temporarily relocate to Brazil during the optimisation of the Premier Gold Mine and the anticipated fast-tracking of mining at the neighbouring O Capitão Gold deposit.
Operations in Brazil will continue to be managed by Mine Manager Mr. Richard Crew, with current advisor to Cleveland and former Fortescue Senior Executive Mr. Rod Campbell playing an increased role in the management of the Company.
Cleveland Mining's Managing Director Mr David Mendelawitz said, "I am confident that this restructure will provide a strong platform for the Company's next phase of growth. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Peter for his efforts."
