ClearStar, Inc. announced that Barney Quinn, Kenneth Dawson and André Schnabl have resigned from their positions as directors of ClearStar with effect from the date of this announcement. Jan Fredrik Wilhelm Lundqvist, Michael Comish, Anthony Nicholas Greatorex and John Woodard have joined the ClearStar Board as non-executive directors with immediate effect. Michael was a member of TPG Europe LLP from the 2 January 2018 until his resignation on 30 April 2020. In addition, Prezzo Limited completed a company voluntary arrangement in 2019 while Michael was a non-executive director.
