SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO

PROFIT WARNING

This announcement is made by CTEH INC. (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Future Ordinance (Cap. 571, Laws of Hong Kong).

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated August 21, 2020 (the "Announcement") in relation to the profit warning of the financial results of the Group for the six months ended June 30, 2020 (the "Period"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Board wishes to provide further information to the Shareholders and potential investors of the Company that, based on the current preliminary review on the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group, the Group's net profit for the Period is expected to record a decrease by a range of 8% to 12% as compared with the net profit for the six months ended June 30, 2019.

The information contained in this announcement is only based on the preliminary review on the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the Period and the information currently available to the Company. It should be noted that the Company is in the process of finalizing its interim results for the Period and such results may be subject to further amendments as appropriate. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to read carefully the Company's interim results announcement for the Period for further details, which is expected to be published at the end of August 2020.
