The board of directors of CIL Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Kwok Yam Sheung has tendered his resignation as an Independent Non-executive Director of the company due to health reason. Meanwhile, Mr. Kwok also ceased Chairman of Remuneration Committee, Member of Audit Committee and Nomination Committee with effect from 1 July 2019.
