EWING, N.J. (AP) _ Church & Dwight Co. (CHD) on Friday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $150.2 million.

The Ewing, New Jersey-based company said it had profit of 59 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 53 cents per share.

The results matched Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of 10 analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 53 cents per share.

The maker of household and personal products posted revenue of $1.3 billion in the period, topping Street forecasts. Eight analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $1.26 billion.

For the year, the company reported profit of $785.9 million, or $3.12 per share. Revenue was reported as $4.9 billion.

For the current quarter ending in April, Church & Dwight expects its per-share earnings to be 80 cents.

The company expects full-year earnings in the range of $3 to $3.06 per share.

Church & Dwight shares have fallen slightly since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 21% in the last 12 months.
