Chukyoiyakuhin Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:4558) announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement to issue 9,000 2nd stock acquisition right at issue price of ¥300 per right for gross proceeds of ¥2,700,000 on January 8, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd., Investment Arm. The stock acquisition right can be exercised to purchase 900,000 shares of the company at an exercise price of ¥394 per share. The company will raise funds through third party allotment. The exercise period shall start from January 26, 2021 to January 26, 2023. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
CHUKYOIYAKUHIN CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the sale of regularly-placed medicines, health products, drinks, medical products, household goods, and other products to ordinary households.
