China Feihe Limited Announces Re-designation of Mr. Cheung Kwok Wah from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director, Effective 1 April 2021

The board of directors of China Feihe Limited announced the re-designation of Mr. CHEUNG Kwok Wah ("Mr. Cheung") from an executive director of the company to a non-executive director of the company due to adjustment of work arrangements for personal reasons has taken effect from 1 April 2021.
