China Energy Development Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Ngan Mei Ying as Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee

The board of directors of China Energy Development Holdings Limited announced that Ms. Ngan Mei Ying has tendered her resignation as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 October 2018. Simultaneously with Ms. Ngan's resignation as Director, she also ceased to be a member of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the Company.
